Microsoft launches Windows Phone 7

• YouTube (though there's a Break.com app for the most viral of videos) - UPDATE: YouTube app came out last night. So scratch that beef off the list!
• Flash video support (iPhone doesn't, but Android's latest release, 2.2, does)
• Cut and paste (promised early next year)
• Multitasking for third party apps (but you can, say, play music while going into other apps)
